Catalan

Catalan is a spoken by about 6.5 million speakers. Catalan is spoken in Spain (Catalunya, València), Andorra, Sardinia, on the Balearic Islands of Majorca (Mallorca), Minorca (Menorca) and Ibiza (Eivissa), and in southern France. Catalan is a member of the family of Romance languages.
