Dutch is is spoken by about 20 million speakers mainly in the Netherlands and Belgium. Dutch is also spoken in Aruba, Australia, Canada, Germany, Indonesia, Israel, the Netherlands Antilles, the Philippines, Suriname, the UAE and the USA. Dutch is a member of the family of West Germanic languages.
