No, all the eBook Sets are packaged as .exe files. They do not need a special reader.
Do these eBooks have audio?
No, due to software restrictions these eBooks do NOT contain audio.
Will these eBooks work on a MAC or on Linux?
MAC users need Virtual PC or similar to view these eBooks. Linux users need WINE or similar to view these eBooks.
How do I get my eBooks to look larger on the screen?
These eBooks are designed to be viewed on a 800 x 600 screen. The eBooks may be viewed on screens set at higher resolutions (such as 1024 x 768) but they will appear a little smaller.
How do I change my screen resolution?
Right click on an empty area of your desktop, click "Properties", click the tab "Settings", under "Screen Resolution" move the slider to "800 by 600 pixels". The screen will go dark for a moment then reappear with the new resolution.
How do I turn off the background colour?
Double-click on the file to open your eBook. When the eBook is opened, the background will automatically change to a solid colour to allow you to better view your eBook. You can turn off the background colour at any time by right clicking on the eBook to bring up the menu. You can then click the background on or off. Alternatively, there is a special "On/Off Background" button on the first page.
How do I print my eBook?
Click on "Menu" on the top left hand corner of your eBook. Click "File" and select "PrintActualSize" or "FullSize". For best results, click on Preferences in the Printer window that appears and select "Landscape". The quality of the printedeBook will depend on how up-to-date your printer driver is.
What does printer error 3 mean when I print?
This error occurs when the printer does not support certain Windows print settings required by the eBook to print. The eBooks support a wide variety of printers, unfortunately some printers or their drivers may lack the basic requirements to print certaineBooks. if your printer driver is out-of-date, you may be able to find an up-to-date driver on the internet.
How secure is the PayPal order form?
